This AI Consent Form describes how Pulsebuild Pty Ltd (ACN 694 426 483) (we, us or our) collects and handles your personal information when you use the AI-powered features available on our cloud-based construction management platform (Platform).

We use Google Gemini, a generative AI tool provided by Google LLC, to power certain features on the Platform (AI Features). These include workflow automation, compliance tracking, documentation analysis, voice input processing, camera integration, and reporting and insights. All personal information you input into our AI model is stored in Australia and not disclosed overseas.

We collect and may process personal information you input into these AI Features (including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and location data) to deliver our services, improve platform functionality, and for related purposes set out in our Privacy Policy, available on our website (or on request). Your personal information may be used to train our AI Features.

By providing your consent, you agree to the collection, use, storage and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Form. Your consent is not a condition of accessing the Platform but may affect how you interact with the Platform. You may withdraw your consent for us using AI to process your personal information or for using your personal information to train our AI model at any time by contacting us at info@pulsebuild.ai, after which we will cease processing your personal information through our AI Features.
